Leaders Team
We come in all shapes and sizes! Students, youth workers, nurses, teachers, young and not so young, from all over the country. Our Leaders Team are largely volunteers and all have a deep care for young people, a desire to see them realise more of their potential and discover more of God’s love. Every leader is a committed Christian and fully DBS checked.

Paul
Danehill Principal
Paul Peterson is employed by the Limpsfield Trust on a part time basis to oversee Danehill Ventures. Paul made a commitment to Christ as a teenager at Limpsfield many years ago and hasn’t really looked back. He’s been part of the overall leaders team for around 20 years, and now combines his Danehill work with his role as Associate Minister at Christ Church in Downend, Bristol.
When he’s not at Danehill or Vicaring he can be found wielding a cricket bat, watching live sport, or walking in the countryside. He’s passionate about seeing young people living as disciples of Christ and helping leaders to fulfil their God given potential.

Olivia
Administrator
Olivia Alderson joined the Limpsfield Trust as Administrator in 2026, having first been involved with the Trust as a member at Haslemere in 2017. Her connection with Limpsfield goes back even further, as her father attended Limpsfield camps in the 1980s. A lifelong Christian, Olivia came to know Jesus as her own friend and Saviour at the age of seven, and is passionate about seeing others grow in their faith and relationship with Him.
Olivia lives in a village just outside Cambridge, where she enjoys making the most of the countryside with her one-year-old Shih Tzu–Poodle cross, Pippin. Outside of work, she enjoys fitness, reading, long walks in nature, and baking for family and friends.
